Early child development is the first and essential step towards achieving primary school completion. Learning begins at birth, if not before. It develops in relation to broad environmental forces. Early childhood development practitioners provide care and support to 70 children who receive three nutritious meals daily. Iliso Educare also provide support to children that cannot afford to pay for the day care educational services due to financial constraints. Parents and guardians of children they give feed back to the community.
